CLIENT: Holley-Paquette LTD (Saint Mars of the Desert)

The directors at Holley-Paquette LTD, have been involved in the brewing industry for a number of years, both in the UK and Boston, U.S.A.

Upon returning to the UK and with the knowledge Sheffield is a modem day hub for the production and  enjoyment of real ale they embarked on project ‘Microbrewery’.

Following a consultation and tendering process we achieved principle contractor status. The microbrewery is housed in a prefabricated, asbestos clad structure adjacent to a bar/office space another building of identical construction. Both structures without mains services or assumed amenities

We took the client brief and developed a program of works project managed to specific time, budget  and regulatory requirements. Working with the client developing the specifics as the project progressed.

Organisation was key in scheduling utility companies, specialised contractors and in house M&E and fit out teams.
Building regulation and local authority involvement due to the nature of the project offered quality compliance and client confidence.
Completed within budget and on schedule the bar and brewery now operate a successful business servicing the discerning Real ale community.
