Located in a rural off grid environment. The stable house is a 2 story, 4 bedroom, 19th century barn conversion.  During a elongated period of vacancy during the winter months the private family dwelling suffered a catastrophic escape of water.

The Policy holders insurer appointed us as the remedial project contractor. The sensitive nature of the project required acute management at every instance. Following the extensive damage to property and personal belongings where the policy holder had to be placed in alternative accommodation.

Before beginning a strip out and drying out procedure our operatives across all trades worked towards a challenging time constraint and exigent specification drawing on years of expert knowledge. Whist exceeding  the client’s and policy holders expectations.

The property contained a variety of commissioned and single delivery installations and bespoke craftsmanship dating back to the year of construction. Working from scratch the dwelling was handed back to the policy holder ahead of program, with the use of century’s old working methods and materials under our clients expected budget.
